The ET400R is designed for use with small aperture trims. The shallow height allows it to be used in spaces where vertical height is limited such as shallow ceilings and alcoves. The ET-400 can be installed in new construction or where there is access above the ceiling.

Housing
Die-stamped 20 gauge CRS with gray powder coat finish.
Junction Box
U.L. listed for through branch circuit wiring. Seven conduit knockouts are uniform 1/2" size with true pryout slots. Four “NM” cable pryouts with integral strain relief also included.
Socket
Fixed position porcelain socket with nickel plated brass screw shell provides consistent lamp positioning. Shipping insert protects socket against overspray
Remodel Clips
Four remodel clips secure housing and accommodate 1/2” and 5/8” ceiling thickness.
Thermal Protector
Self resetting thermal protector deactivates fixture if overheating occurs due to improper lamping or misapplied insulation.
